BioBuddy Delivery Information
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your BioBuddy within 5 working days from order.
Due to the size of the BioBuddy - the most economical way of delivery is by Parcelforce 48 Large, who aim to deliver within 2 working days.
If you have a special requirement with regards to delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Undelivered Items
If Parcelforce are unable to deliver your consignment on three consecutive visits, they are likely to return the item to us at an additional cost.
Any customers whose items are returned to us will be liable to repay the delivery charges - currently £29.95.
Customers are advised to contact their local Parcelforce depot as soon as possible in the event that you are not able to take delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) are not a hidden cost. They cover the cost of all packaging materials needed to ensure your BioBuddy arrives in the same condition it left, the labour needed to package the goods and more importantly the cost of transport.
